Liquid Metal’s infamous run was due to an SEC document filed by LQMT:

On August 5, 2010, Liquidmetal Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Liquidmetal”), entered into a Master Transaction Agreement with Apple Inc., a California corporation.

LQMT recently fell to new lows since its monster run but has since traded up to 17 cents already! We’ve also noticed an increase in volume over the last week, so we will definitely be keeping an eye on LQMT for any updates.
